Mark your calendars and cancel your salad plans – July 11 is International Kebab Day, and Wolt Luxembourg is here to spice things up (with extra sauce on the side).

On this glorious day, Luxembourgers honor the delicious wrap that’s been there for us through thick and thin:

  • After a night out in Clausen.
  • Between meetings in Kirchberg.
  • Or simply when only grilled meat, fluffy bread, and garlic sauce will do.

This year, Wolt is teaming up with some of Luxembourg’s most beloved kebab spots – from Esch to Wiltz – to bring you special one-day-only kebab offers and your classic favorites.

“Kebab is more than food – it’s a lifestyle,” says Wolt Luxembourg's General Manager, Tomás Etcheverry. “We’re here to deliver that lifestyle directly to your door in under 30 minutes – hopefully without a single drop of sauce spilled.”

Whether you’re loyal to the classic döner, team dürüm, craving veggie kebab with grilled halloumi, or curious about the mythical kebab burger – Wolt’s got your back.

Useless (but juicy) kebab trivia to impress your friends:

  • The döner was invented in Berlin in the 70s – thank you, Germany.
  • “Kebab” comes from the Arabic word for “grilled meat” – but we all know it really means post-party happiness.
  • There are over 100 kebab dishes available on Wolt in Luxembourg. We checked. Then we ordered again. For science.
