Wolt and Electric Castle deliver festival access wristbands straight to attendees’ doors

Between July 8–15, Electric Castle fans in Bucharest and Cluj who have purchased festival tickets can order their access wristbands directly through Wolt, from the dedicated Electric Castle shop in the app.

The “Skip the line” service gives fans an easier way to exchange their ticket for a wristband before the festival, helping them avoid the queues at the entrance. Once the order is placed, the wristband is delivered directly to the chosen address, free of charge for W+/Genius users, so they can arrive in Bonțida with one important step already checked off.

The campaign continues the partnership between Wolt and Electric Castle, reinforcing an experience that has already become familiar to attendees who want to prepare their festival access ahead of time. In 2025, Wolt delivered nearly 8,000 wristbands for Electric Castle, to over 4,100 customers.

One detail that shows just how much wristbands have become part of festival prep routines is that, in the first half of July 2025, Electric Castle wristbands ranked third among the most ordered products on Wolt.

“Through our partnership with Electric Castle, we want to make the festival experience simpler even before people arrive in Bonțida. At a time when high temperatures can turn standing in line into a less pleasant experience, the wristband delivered through Wolt gives festivalgoers a quick and useful solution: less time lost at the entrance and more time for music, friends and the atmosphere that makes Electric Castle so special. The fact that thousands of people choose this option year after year simply shows us that it makes their lives easier before the festival,” said Anca Nelersa, Marketing Manager, Wolt Romania.

How wristband delivery through Wolt works

For the process to go smoothly, festivalgoers need to follow a few steps:

1. Personalizing the ticket

Before placing the order, the ticket must be personalized on the festival’s website, electriccastle.ro. The information on the ticket must be correct and must match the details entered at check-in as well as the ID document. Any discrepancies can be reported to Electric Castle at contact@electriccastle.ro.

2. Placing the order on Wolt

When placing the order, in the “Add a message for the store” field, users need to enter:

- their first and last name;

- the unique code on the ticket;

- the unique Camping Pass code, for orders that include camping.

3. Verifying the information

Orders without completed check-in or with incorrect information will be canceled. Users can order up to 5 wristbands per category, provided the details are correct for each ticket.

4. Using the wristband at the festival

Each wristband must reach the person it was issued for. At the festival entrance, the wristband will be scanned to verify identity, and the details must match those associated with the ticket. Wristbands are non-transferable.

5. Additional fees

People who arrive at the festival without a wristband will pay a €50 fee for the exchange.

6. Return policy

The right of withdrawal does not apply to ticket returns, in accordance with Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, Art. 16, letter l.

This year’s edition of Electric Castle takes place between July 16–19, and the wristband delivery option is available exclusively through Wolt.
