At Wolt, we’ve always believed that the journey doesn't end with a delivery — for many, it’s just the beginning.
That belief came to life recently in Sweden, where we hosted a special career development event for courier partners in collaboration with the NGO Connecting Jobs. The event brought together a group of 10 courier partners who are eager to take the next step in their careers — and we’re proud to have supported them on that path.
Wolt has always been more than just a way to earn money. For many courier partners, it’s a steppingstone that offers the flexibility and financial breathing room they need to start planning their next move. Whether it’s finding time to study, explore a new career path, or simply build momentum — that space can make all the difference. But taking the next step isn’t always easy.
That’s where Connecting Jobs came in. With their deep experience in coaching, job readiness, and networking, they created a powerful space where our courier partners could gain practical tools and real inspiration. Through workshops and one-on-one conversations, participants received guidance on everything from resume building to interview confidence.
This event is part of a broader commitment to empower our partners not just on the road, but in life. We’ll continue to explore how we can help open doors — whether through partnerships, coaching, or new opportunities.
