> Retail Media spend in Europe is on track to hit €31B by 2028*, yet most markets remain under-served. Wolt Ads is stepping in to fill the gap with scale, data, and speed.

> “We’re not just a local commerce platform, but a media ecosystem built for performance - one that helps brands connect with shoppers at the moment of purchase, while offering customers relevant and affordable choices,” says Catalina Salazar, Global Senior Director of Wolt Ads.

MAY 13, HELSINKI | Wolt Ads today announces the launch of its self-service advertising platform, enabling brands and agencies to plan, activate, and optimize campaigns across 30+ European and Asian markets - many of which currently lack effective retail media solutions.

With over 50 million registered users, native in-app advertising formats built for performance, and a best-in-class data collaboration and measurement framework, Wolt Ads empowers advertisers to reach and convert their most valuable audiences in real time.

With the new self-service platform, advertisers can:

- Launch campaigns in minutes and update ad content, targeting, and budget anytime.

- Promote specific products in one or all of Wolt’s 30+ markets across Europe and Asia.

- Build powerful audience segments using Wolt’s first-party data or safely combine it with their own.

- Track performance at every stage of the customer journey - from awareness to conversion, with real-time insights and reporting.

Catalina Salazar, Global Senior Director of Wolt Ads, said: “The new self-service tools, built for speed and scalability, give brands and their agencies end-to-end campaign control. This is retail media amplified, with data collaboration at the core.

“We’re not just a local commerce platform, but a media ecosystem built for performance - one that helps brands connect with shoppers at the moment of purchase, while offering customers relevant and affordable choices.

“From impulse buys to the full weekly shop, Wolt is building the digital shopping mall of the future in your pocket - and Wolt Ads gives brands the keys to activate it. It’s a performance engine for the full spectrum of retail, built to help brands drive relevance, conversion, and growth.”

Wolt Ads for Brands offers increased visibility both in-app and offline through banners, sponsored placements in product listings as well as packaging, branded vehicles and hyper-targeted sampling. Over 40 global and regional brands have already leveraged our tools this year – and seen real business outcomes.

Coca-Cola HBC (Adria) activated its New Year, New Me campaign in Croatia, generating strong sales uplift for its zero-calorie range.

“Wolt's agility is a perfect match for Coca-Cola HBC's own market approach -  fast, local, and customer-driven,” said Ana Petrušić, E-Retail and FSA Manager.

Pivovarna Laško Union (Heineken) saw a 134% increase in sales on the Wolt app for its non-alcoholic beer line during a Dry January campaign in Slovenia.

“Wolt has proven itself to be far more than a transactional platform. It's a full-fledged media channel – one that helps us position our brands with true impact,” said Jelena Heberle, Project Lead and Digital Marketing Specialist.
